Why This Role Matters

Savills Sunshine Coast is seeking a part time Team Administrator to join and support our boutique office’s Sales & Leasing team. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role plays an important part in ensuring the day-to-day operations of our high-performing office run smoothly and efficiently.

By managing key administrative processes, maintaining accurate information and providing proactive support, the Team Administrator enables our agents to focus on delivering exceptional service to clients and driving business growth.

With priorities constantly shifting, the Team Administrator brings structure, efficiency and reliability to a fast-paced environment. Their ability to stay organised and maintain exceptional attention to detail directly supports the team’s performance, enhances the client experience and contributes to the overall success of the division.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations for the Sales & Leasing team.
  • Supporting the Office Manager with general administration tasks to keep the office running efficiently.
  • Managing data entry, enquiry registrations and database accuracy.
  • Coordinating listing updates, renewals and expiries.
  • Creating marketing materials and digital assets using Canva and InDesign.
  • Preparing aerial mark‑ups, maps and visuals for campaigns.
  • Uploading and maintaining property listings across online portals.
  • Compiling and sending vendor reports with campaign insights.
  • Responding to client enquiries professionally.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role.  
  • Property industry exposure is a bonus, but enthusiasm to learn is just as valuable.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
  • An ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in every task.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining high standards.
