Why This Role Matters

As a Lease Administrator with Savills, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth and efficient management of a diverse portfolio across QLD, SA and VIC. Based in the Brisbane CBD, you’ll be responsible for administering leases, maintaining accurate tenancy data, managing compliance obligations, and providing high‑quality support to both tenants and internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building strong working relationships, and is committed to delivering exceptional service within a leading global property firm.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Administering retail & commercial leases across a portfolio of assets, including setup, interpretation, updates, and documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate tenancy data to ensure correct billing, income recognition, and reporting.
  • Processing rent reviews, turnover rent, reimbursable expenses, and ad‑hoc lease charges.
  • Managing compliance requirements such as insurances, bank guarantees, and critical lease obligations.
  • Supporting the centre and marketing teams to assist with the smooth running of the portfolio.  
  • Assisting with annual budgets, outgoings reconciliations, rent reconciliations and trading performance analysis.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in property or lease administration (retail preferred)
  • Solid understanding of lease documentation, compliance requirements, and related administrative processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive approach, eagerness to grow and learn and ability to work well within a team environment.
