Why This Role Matters
Working with Savills in our Christchurch office, this role is integral to the success of our Commercial Sales and Leasing teams. You will provide essential administrative, marketing, and operational support, ensuring listings, campaigns, and client interactions run seamlessly. A key part of the role includes managing invoicing, accounts payable, and billing processes, helping to keep transactions accurate, compliant, and on track. By supporting agents, suppliers, and clients with professionalism and attention to detail, you play a direct role in delivering strong commercial outcomes in a market‑leading property business.
What You’ll be Doing
- Providing timely and quality high level administrative support to the Commercial Sales team
- CRM data entry, ensuring correct property data and details are accurate and up to date
- Creating and updating online listings on both the company website and external websites
- Preparing, formatting, and compiling of marketing collateral using InDesign and Canva
- Coordinating third party suppliers such as trades, photographers, stylists and other services for properties and projects
- Responding to client enquiries on behalf of all executives within the division, and escalate where appropriate
- Gathering and collating information to assist with the preparation of reports and campaign updates
- Coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding sale deposits, deposit releases and settlement confirmations
- Preparing and issue tax invoices and purchase orders and manage accounts payable, client billing and debtors
- Other ad hoc tasks such as file management, document control and travel bookings
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in an Administration or Team Support role
- Experience across invoicing and looking after accounts payable
- Real Estate experience is preferable but not essential
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using Canva and/or InDesign highly regarded
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise depending on workload
- Strong team player mindset, to build relationships and quickly establishes trust and credibility
