About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Finance Administrator to play a key role in ensuring the financial accuracy and smooth operation across a diverse portfolio of assets. Working with Savills Asset Management team in Adelaide, this is a great opportunity to join a collaborative team where your expertise in finance and lease administration will make an impact. Key responsibilities will include;
- Financial Transactions – receipting of payments, direct debit processing, credit card reconciliations, and resolution of accounts receivable discrepancies.
- Lease Administration – set up new and renewed leases, update records and maintain accurate tenancy schedules.
- Tenant Billing & Charges – review, validate and raise charges, generate and send tenant invoices.
- Reporting & Reconciliation - Prepare arrears and billing reports, update outgoing recharges and council rates, and maintain compliance records.
- Tenant and Stakeholder Support - Deliver high-quality tenant support, respond promptly to inquiries, collaborate with internal teams, and assist managers with audits and ad-hoc tasks.
What Sets You Apart
- Previous experience in a Finance Administration role.
- Property experience preferred however not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Proficiency with Yardi or equivalent property management systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to prioritise multiple deadlines and maintain data integrity.
