What You’ll be Doing

• Leading end‑to‑end project delivery to meet client objectives
• Developing and maintaining Project Management Plans
• Appointing and managing consultants, coordinating closely with the project team
• Delivering projects in high‑risk, fast‑paced environments
• Preparing and tracking forecasts, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Supporting design, construction, and delivery programming
• Advising clients on design and construction options with clear, concise reporting
• Administering construction contracts and oversee compliance, including variation resolution
• Coordinating project handover, including monitoring quality, defects management and user acceptance
• Running effective project meetings and produce succinct, relevant reports
• Providing strong leadership to internal and external project teams

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in a property or a construction related discipline
• Previous experience as a Project Manager, ideally with SINSW, HINSW and Local Government
• Strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, ECI and Design and Construct is preferable. 
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Experience with GC21 Contracts
• Excellent communication skills; written, listening and verbal
• Be well presented and have a positive attitude
• Experience of all stages of projects from planning through to handover
• Demonstrated ability to grow business relationships
