What You’ll be Doing
- Leading end‑to‑end project delivery to meet client objectives
- Developing and maintaining Project Management Plans
- Appointing and managing consultants, coordinating closely with the project team
- Delivering projects in high‑risk, fast‑paced environments
- Preparing and tracking forecasts, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Supporting design, construction, and delivery programming
- Advising clients on design and construction options with clear, concise reporting
- Administering construction contracts and oversee compliance, including variation resolution
- Coordinating project handover, including monitoring quality, defects management and user acceptance
- Running effective project meetings and produce succinct, relevant reports
- Providing strong leadership to internal and external project teams
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in a property or a construction related discipline
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, ideally with SINSW, HINSW and Local Government
- Strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, ECI and Design and Construct is preferable.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Experience with GC21 Contracts
- Excellent communication skills; written, listening and verbal
- Be well presented and have a positive attitude
- Experience of all stages of projects from planning through to handover
- Demonstrated ability to grow business relationships
