Why This Role Matters
We are looking for an experienced Graphic Design Manager to join Savills Sydney team on a maternity leave contract. This role is key to how Savills presents itself across Australia and New Zealand. You’ll partner closely with stakeholders to turn briefs into polished, impactful design, while traffic managing workflows to deliver to a high‑standard. Your contribution directly supports our ability to win business, strengthen our brand, and maintain consistent and standout visual communications.
What You’ll be Doing
- Supporting our Australian and New Zealand business with branding and design requirements
- Working closely with stakeholders to take clear, strategic briefs, traffic flow of tasks, and ensuring high‑quality execution
- Managing and mentoring a small team of talented graphic designers both interstate and in New Zealand
- Championing and maintaining the Savills brand by ensuring all materials align with global brand guidelines and delivering a consistent, high‑quality visual identity across all touchpoints
- Ensuring Savills has standout submission and pitch documents that help win work
- Developing marketing collateral across the full range of print and digital media
- Upskilling our network of support and marketing team members in graphic design software and empowering them with user-friendly templates and guidelines that position our brand in the highest possible standard
What You’ll Bring
- You are a self-starter looking for a lead creative role that you can make your own
- You are not afraid to get into the weeds and look for process efficiencies
- You thrive working in a fast-paced environment and can prioritise multiple deadlines
- You enjoy both people and traffic management, equally as hands-on design work
- Your time management and communication skills are exceptional
- You have proven experience utilising global brand guidelines
- You have an advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and are comfortable using Canva and MS Office
- Video editing skills an advantage
