Why This Role Matters

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced and driven Retail Manager to lead our Centre Management team and maximise the performance of two retail asset. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on delivering strong financial outcomes and building exceptional stakeholder relationships.

As the Retail Centre Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational performance of the centre. You will set the tone for excellence, ensuring the asset is managed, leased, and operated to the highest professional standards while delivering outstanding service to retailers, customers and owners. We’re looking for someone with sound judgement, strong commercial acumen, and proven success in a retail property management environment.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Managing, leasing and operating the centre to premium professional standards
  • Meeting all KPIs as outlined in the Management Agreements
  • Ensuring robust risk management practices are consistently applied
  • Overseeing the centre’s facilities and day-to-day operations
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Preparing and implementing Centre Budgets, Business Plans and Owners Reports
  • Maintaining tight control of operating costs
  • Managing accurate records of correspondence and lease documentation

What You’ll Bring

  • Min 2 years experience in Commercial Property Management
  • Strong financial, budgeting and business planning skills
  • A genuine retailer-first mindset
  • Qualifications enabling property management and leasing in SA
  • Excellent verbal, written and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level or above)
  • Thorough understanding of the Retail Shop Leases Act and financial reporting
