Why This Role Matters

As the Team Administrator for Savills’ Residential Projects team, you play a vital role in keeping the division organised, efficient, and client‑ready. Based in our Melbourne CBD office and working part‑time, you ensure accurate data, smooth contract processes, and well‑prepared project material, allowing the team to focus on delivering exceptional service and results. Your support underpins day‑to‑day operations, strengthens client relationships, and helps maintain the high standards Savills is known for.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Providing high‑quality administrative support to the Residential Projects team.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM data and up‑to‑date property information.
  • Assisting with contract administration and post‑sales processes, including receipting, checks, and solicitor liaison.
  • Ensuring marketing, sales, and project materials are accurate and available for client meetings.
  • Coordinating third‑party suppliers such as trades, photographers, and stylists.
  • Maintaining office systems and preparing marketing materials in line with division standards.
  • Updating product availability lists, area schedules, and pricing sheets.
  • Supporting onsite administration at display suites as required.
  • Collecting and organising information for divisional business activity reporting.
  • Preparing and issuing invoices and purchase orders, and managing accounts payable, billing, and debtor follow‑up.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous experience in an Administration or Team Support role.
  • Real estate experience is preferred, though not essential.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including the ability to format long‑form documents.
  • Excellent time‑management and organisational abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
