The Research & Data Administrator supports senior researchers by ensuring the accuracy of key datasets and contributing to the development of new research databases. With full training provided, this role offers an excellent gateway into property market research, data analytics, and the inner workings of one of leading real estate advisory teams.
What You’ll be Doing
- Enter and maintain sales, leasing, and development data in designated databases.
- Source property information from third‑party providers, media publications, and online platforms.
- Validate and cross‑check data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain research databases and ensure ongoing data integrity and consistency.
- Support research projects by collecting data and preparing basic summaries, charts, and tables.
- Identify and flag missing data, inconsistencies, or compliance issues.
- Participate in quarterly Microsoft Teams data meetings.
- Update APAC data through the Savills SharePoint site.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
What You’ll Bring
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Strong focus on data validation, compliance, and self‑checking processes.
- Basic to lower intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., common formulas, sorting, filtering, use PivotTables), Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to follow established processes, meet deadlines, and adhere to data quality standards.
- Strong organisational skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new data sources and systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Awareness of confidentiality requirements and data security best practices
