A rare opportunity is available for a full‑time Marketing Manager to join our team and contribute to the dynamic, collaborative environment in Savills’ Melbourne CBD office. In this role, you will lead the creation and management of all marketing collateral for our Residential Projects portfolio across Victoria. We are seeking a confident, results‑driven marketing professional with proven experience in residential real estate and a strong track record of delivering high‑impact marketing outcomes.
What You’ll be Doing
- Working with creative direction from Marketing teams and service lines to drive the marketing function for Residential Projects in Victoria.
- Assisting in planning, implementing, and maintaining marketing campaigns.
- Reporting on campaign activity data and providing optimisation advice.
- Creating engaging EDM campaigns for targeted audiences.
- Creating and maintaining project listings across digital platforms and project websites.
- Utilising Salesforce CRM to deliver marketing campaigns through targeted segmentation and customer journey analysis.
- Assisting in the development of marketing collateral and templates.
- Supporting campaign briefs, design coordination, and publication processes.
- Processing and preparing client marketing budgets and invoices in a timely manner.
- Producing high‑quality invitations and event collateral.
- Managing internal and external project events.
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years in a Marketing Manager role within the Property Industry
- Extensive experience using MS Office Suite, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to decipher, analyst and understand marketing data to make informed decisions and optimisations
- Ability to be organised and prioritise within a deadline driven environment
- Strong writing and proofing skills
- Experience within the property industry essential
