The Office Leasing Executive, based in our Melbourne CBD office, plays a key role in driving tenant enquiry and delivering leasing outcomes across commercial office assets with a focus on the CBD market. This role focuses on proactively generating leads, conducting inspections, negotiating commercial leases, and building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders. It also involves activating targeted marketing strategies to boost asset exposure, maintaining accurate market intelligence, and managing databases to support business development and informed decision‑making.
What You’ll be Doing
- Actively generating leads from businesses seeking new or additional office space within the Melbourne CBD and adjacent markets
- Conducting tenancy inspections and negotiating leases on behalf of building owners
- Generating new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with owners, Landlords, and other key stakeholders
- Activating marketing strategies on behalf of owners in order to attract tenant enquiry
- Developing a strong understanding of market trends and market data
- Maintaining databases and other company reference tools
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in property, residential or commercial
- Current Agent’s Representative qualification
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Lateral thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
