Why This Role Matters
Savills is looking for an experienced Retail Centre Manager to join our Asset Management team in South Australia. In this role, you’ll take ownership of two retail assets, lead onsite teams, and ensure each centre operates to the highest professional standards. Based across Mt Barker Central and Victor Central, you’ll combine strong financial and operational expertise with a focus on delivering outstanding results for stakeholders.
What You’ll be Doing
- Oversee two shopping centres and lead the onsite team
- Ensure Centres are managed, leased, and operated to the very highest of professional standards
- Maintain strict adherence to KPIs and Management Agreements
- Oversight of facilities/operations and risk management
- Prepare and implement budgets, business plans, and owner reports
- Present property performance to the board and key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate lease and correspondence records
- Control operating costs and ensure financial reporting accuracy
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in retail centre management or similar
- Proven team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong financial management and budgeting expertise
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Retailer-focused approach with a thorough understanding of the Retail Shop Leases Act
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MRI software experience is a plus
