Why This Role Matters
Join Savills as an Analyst and play a key role in driving successful sales and client outcomes within our high‑performing Capital Markets team. Based in our Melbourne CBD office, you’ll transform market data into clear, commercially grounded insights that shape pricing strategies, elevate campaign narratives, and strengthen client advice.
We are building a data-led capital markets platform focused on $20m–$80m office transactions across Melbourne CBD and key fringe precincts.
- This is not an administration role.
- This is not a marketing role.
- This is a capital strategy role.
You will work directly with senior dealmakers advising private capital, syndicators, family offices and institutions through valuation reset and refinance cycles. You will sit in vendor strategy meetings and capital discussions, not just build spreadsheets in isolation. You will be involved in real conversations that shape multi-million-dollar decisions.
If you currently work in valuations, banking, advisory or real estate analytics and want exposure to live transactions and capital strategy, this is your next role!
