About the Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for a full time Analyst to join our growing success and become a part of a vibrant working environment. Working within the dynamic CBD & Metropolitan Sales team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and further develop your career with a great company.  

Key responsibilities will include;

• Working with the Directors of Sales and the whole sales team
• Reporting and advising on market activity, analyse trends, prepare presentations, maintain research databases, assist with preparation of marketing collateral
• Working and collaborating with other divisions within the company to disseminate timely, accurate, and useful information to the team.
• Maintaining an understanding of financial modelling of assets and cash flows
• Maintaining up-to-date economic knowledge and apply an understanding of the influences these have on the property market

What Sets You Apart 

• Completed an undergraduate degree in Property or related field
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Lateral thinking and problem solving ability
• Exceptional attention to detail
