Why This Role Matters

The Head of Finance – Asset Management will lead the finance operations for Savills’ Asset Management division, overseeing the delivery of high‑quality national property and trust accounting services. As a key member of the national leadership team this role is responsible for strengthening financial governance, driving systems and process transformation, and ensuring strong commercial performance across the portfolio. Working closely with the National Head of Asset Management, the role will shape a scalable, modern and client‑focused finance function that supports the continued growth of the business. The role can be based out of either Sydney or Melbourne.

What You’ll be Doing

• Overseeing the delivery of national property accounting services
• Ensuring alignment with all relevant statutory obligations
• Developing an independent property and trust accounting offering
• Providing strategic input as a key member of the national leadership team
• Contributing to the planning and delivery of Savills systems transformation
• Working closely with the National Head of Asset Management to maximise profitability
