We have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Valuer to join the Savills QLD business at either Senior Valuer or Director level (depending on experience), based in our Maroochydore, Sunshine Coast office. As a key member of our Valuations & Advisory team, you will play an important role in delivering high‑quality, trusted advice to a diverse client base. This position is ideal for a Senior Valuer looking to take the next step in their career within Savills’ well‑established Sunshine Coast office, providing a platform to build your profile, work on significant instructions, and accelerate your professional growth, taking on a leadership role.

What You’ll be Doing
- Providing a variety of commercial and residential development valuation and property consultancy services to a large number of clients
- Undertaking valuations for financial reporting, mortgage and acquisition purposes
- Maintaining a comparable sale and leasing databases for comparable properties
- Maintaining an understanding of both local and regional markets
- Participate in the development of business relationships to provide services and identify business opportunities, including attending industry events
- Actively participating in client engagement, marketing and business development
What You’ll Bring
- Completed a Bachelor of Property Economics or similar and be a Certified Practising Valuer
- Queensland Registered Valuer under the Valuers Registration Act
- At least three years’ experience post registration
- Any sector specialisation is regarded favourable eg Residential Development Valuations
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
- High level skills in Microsoft software packages
