A unique opportunity exists for a Marketing Executive to join the Centre Management team at Robina Town Centre.
As one of the Gold Coast’s leading retail and lifestyle destinations, Robina Town Centre is home to an exceptional mix of retail, dining and entertainment. Our marketing team plays a key role in delivering engaging campaigns, events and partnerships that drive commercial success.
This role is ideal for a motivated marketing professional ready to step into a more experienced Marketing Executive position, supporting the Marketing Manager, whilst also being a mentor and support to the Marketing Coordinator. Working within a friendly and dynamic office, this role will allow you to showcase your existing marketing skills and grow within a successful company.
What You’ll be Doing
- Develop, implement and evaluate the success of short and long-term marketing campaigns including research insights, advertising and public relations (i.e. Seasonal campaigns, School Holidays etc.)
- Bring creative and innovative flair for implementing and adding value to promotional campaigns to maximise engagement and deliver strong results for all stakeholders
- Oversee and contribute to the centre’s digital and social strategy
- Lead retailer onboarding and engagement while building strong relationships, ensuring all opportunities are explored
- Operate within stringent budgetary guidelines and company policies to assist in the management the marketing income and expenditure in line with annual targets
- Work as part of a management team, inspire others and maximise output from your team
- Assist in the delivery of monthly campaign reports, learnings and insights
What You’ll Bring
- 3+ years prior marketing experience in a retail shopping centre environment (highly desirable) or similar consumer-facing industry
- Experience in managing end-to-end campaigns, events and digital
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisations skills and high attention to detail
- A proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects
- Experience using Canva and Mailchimp is desirable
- Ability to think strategically to add value and innovation
