Head of Operations - Asset Management is responsible for leading and optimising shared services across Savills national Asset Management business. This role ensures operational efficiency, strong compliance and effective risk management while driving a national systems transformation that modernises processes and technology. As a key member of the national leadership team, the position provides strategic operational direction, partners closely with state leaders, and works with the National Head to enhance service delivery, strengthen commercial performance and support the continued growth of the division. This role can be based out of either Sydney or Melbourne

What You’ll be Doing

• Overseeing the delivery of shared services across the national business
• Ensuring alignment with statutory obligations and risk management requirements
• Developing and overseeing a systems transformation roadmap
• Providing strategic input as a key member of the national leadership team
• Working closely with the National Head of Asset Management to maximise profitability

• A track record managing a large team of shared services disciplines
• A comprehensive understanding of relevant emerging technologies
• A desire to work closely with state leaders to improve services delivery
• A deep understanding of cost optimisation and efficiency opportunities
• A track record of managing a transformation program
