This role allows you to showcase your existing finance administration skills while continuing to grow within a successful and reputable company.
You’ll support the Property Administration Manager in ensuring all property administration functions remain compliant and efficient, act as the first point of contact for stakeholder enquiries and help keep the Centre Management operations running smoothly.
What You'll be Doing
- Driving monthly rent collection across multiple assets
- Achieving arrears collection targets and contributing to strong financial outcomes as set by the business
- Completing high-volume tenant account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely allocation of payments and credits
- Partnering with external solicitors on legal matters relating to arrears recovery
- Attending debt meetings and providing meaningful insights
- Developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with retailers and key stakeholders
- Providing high‑quality tenant support, responding promptly to enquiries, collaborating with internal teams, and assisting managers with audits and ad‑hoc tasks
- Supporting general administration functions, including reporting, tenant billing, charges, and adhoc admin tasks as required within the property administration team
What Sets You Apart
- Experience in a high-volume collections or accounts receivable role
- Strong administrative experience
- Solid understanding of tenant account reconciliations and their end-to-end process
- A sharp eye for detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced Excel and Office 365 skills (preferred)
- Exposure to retail lease processes (desired)
- Immediate availability (advantageous)
