What You’ll be Doing

  • Working closely with the National Head of Asset Management, develop a growth plan for the NSW Business
  • Put the Customer at the centre of everything the team does
  • Overseeing the provision of Asset Management services to a broad range of clients
  • Leading and developing a high performing team that delivers on agreed operational and strategic initiatives
  • Closely managing the NSW Asset Management P&L
  • Deliver accurate advice and updates to clients and teams regarding statutory and best practice
  • Providing inspiring leadership and high-level advice, support and assistance to the Asset Management team
  • Building out customer experience, tenant engagement, sustainability and optimisation offerings
  • Working with the National Head and business leaders to identify financial opportunities
  • Contributing to the Asset Management national executive strategy and delivery
  • Developing and sharing business aligned strategies to enable the business to improve operational effectiveness, achieve its strategic and operational goals.
  • Be an active member of the broader NSW Savills Leadership team
  • Ensuring all risk management and HSSE obligations are achieved

  • A desire to involve and include allied service lines in existing and new appointments
