What You’ll be Doing
- Working closely with the National Head of Asset Management, develop a growth plan for the NSW Business
- Put the Customer at the centre of everything the team does
- Overseeing the provision of Asset Management services to a broad range of clients
- Leading and developing a high performing team that delivers on agreed operational and strategic initiatives
- Closely managing the NSW Asset Management P&L
- Deliver accurate advice and updates to clients and teams regarding statutory and best practice
- Providing inspiring leadership and high-level advice, support and assistance to the Asset Management team
- Building out customer experience, tenant engagement, sustainability and optimisation offerings
- Working with the National Head and business leaders to identify financial opportunities
- Contributing to the Asset Management national executive strategy and delivery
- Developing and sharing business aligned strategies to enable the business to improve operational effectiveness, achieve its strategic and operational goals.
- Be an active member of the broader NSW Savills Leadership team
- Ensuring all risk management and HSSE obligations are achieved
