About the Opportunity
A unique opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing Manager with a passion for property to join Savills Sydney team. Working with Savills retail Asset Management team, this role will suit a Marketing Manager with shopping centre or property experience, looking to make an impact and become an integral part of the team. This is a hands-on role where the successful candidate will be happy to role up their sleeves and drive marketing campaigns from start to finish while also working closely with the centre management team to support across property management as required.
Key responsibilities;
- Lead and execute marketing strategies for Centre campaigns, managing large budgets and multi-channel campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies and media partners to ensure effective delivery of marketing materials
- Provide advice on communication strategies to senior stakeholders within the asset management team
- Analyse market trends and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Facilitate media relations, public affairs and oversee public relations
- Report on the performance and outcomes of marketing activities
- Liaise with retailers and suppliers
- Coordinate purchase orders, accounts payable and receivable
- Monitoring and reporting sales and footcount in correlation with ROI or awareness activations, in relation to all marketing initiatives
- Marketing administration and general team support as required.
- Strategically devise, promote and facilitate casual mall licensees.
What Sets You Apart
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, marketing campaign and strategy development, preferably within a retail environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets and executing successful campaigns.
- Excellent communication, writing and leadership skills
- A collaborative team attitude
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships
- Strong communication protocols and media relations
- Current police check
