About the Opportunity

An opportunity exists for a Marketing Manager to join our national marketing team on a 12 month maternity leave contract. This role will see you based in Savills Sydney CBD office where you will be responsible for providing marketing support for Savills across Australia & New Zealand. We are seeking an accomplished, dynamic and successful marketing professional, ideally with experience in the property industry.

Key responsibilities include;

  • You will provide high quality marketing support to the Head of Marketing and business leaders across various business lines
  • Prepare and execute marketing plans, to meet business objectives
  • Assist with the development of business winning materials
  • Work closely with the communications and design team members to ensure that projects utilise all skill sets, are run efficiently and maximise return
  • Ensure that the Savills brand is always upheld and all marketing adheres to best practices
  • Work closely with the internal support team network to streamline effectiveness and implement efficiencies
  • Maintain client facing items for the Australian and New Zealand business
  • Be a point of contact for external partners/stakeholders.

What Sets You Apart 

  • Property marketing experience in commercial or residential real estate (preferred)
  • Experience in managing marketing campaigns, often more than one at a time
  • You show initiative, drive and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and people skills along with the ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, the Adobe Suite and Canva (preferred).
