About the Opportunity
A unique opportunity exists for a full-time Property Manager to join our growing success and become a part of Savills vibrant working environment, based in Melbourne CBD. Working within then professional and dynamic Asset Management team in VIC this role will allow you to showcase your existing property management skills and experience, supporting across a portfolio of assets. This is a fantastic opportunity for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reporting and documentation in line with client and organisational operational procedures including rental arrears and income monitoring, lease administration and record keeping
- Oversee all operations and maintenance of the properties
- Monitor all property management timeframes and ensure all property related deadlines are met
- Completing routine inspections ensuring tenant compliance
- Understand the importance of and develop excellent lines of communication with all property management staff, tenants, contractors, customers and clients
What Sets You Apart
- Previous experience in Property Management (commercial)
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work with high volume process tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Highly organised and professional presentation
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Skills in MRI (desirable, but not essential)
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
