About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced property professional with a strong background in the Industrial sector to join Savills Industrial Occupier Services division in Melbourne as a Senior Executive or  Director. With an interest in forging a strong career within Occupier Services, the successful candidate will work closely with the National Directors in a business development capacity as well as in servicing on-going clients for their Corporate Real Estate needs in VIC and across the country. The role will be integral to the growth of the Melbourne team and will offer a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to make their mark. 

Key responsibilities will include;

• Deliver strategic real estate services including, but not limited to tenant/occupier representation, strategic advice and planning, disposal and acquisition advice, lease surrender and/or restructuring, rent review advice and negotiation, financial analysis and make good negotiation.
• Contribute and work alongside the Director in securing local and national client appointments and divisional growth.
• Conduct continuing business development activities including canvassing calls and utilising personal network
• Prepare materials for and participate in presentations for both new and existing clients
• Conduct detailed requirements assessments for clients
• Ensure appropriate communication with a broad range of stakeholders

• Previous experience across development management, asset management or fund management in the Industrial property sector
• Knowledge of the Melbourne industrial property industry - major owners and relevant legislation
