About the Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for a Team Administrator to join the Valuations & Advisory Division on a fixed term mat leave contract and become a part of a vibrant working environment. The Team Administrator is an essential and valued member of the team who ensures efficient delivery of priorities. Being pro-active, organised, and meticulous attention to detail will be critical in supporting the team.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Provide timely, quality administrative services, including filing, typing of general correspondence binding, copying, archiving, emailing and maintenance of registers/databases
  • Registering valuations jobs and creating files to established protocols
  • Preparing and formatting Valuation reports to a high standard
  • Responding to client enquiries on behalf of Valuers
  • Preparing and issuing tax invoices and purchase orders
  • Maintaining and updating office systems, procedures and processes
  • Responsible for multiple team members
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and manage expenses of Directors
  • Undertaking tasks on behalf of the Director and assisting other administration as required

What Sets You Apart

  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar administration role
  • Real Estate experience is preferable
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • The ability to work well within a team, able to handle pressure and importantly have the initiative to take on any necessary tasks to improve the effectiveness of the team
