Due to continue business growth, a unique opportunity exists for a full‑time Retail Property Manager to join our team and become part of Savills’ vibrant workplace in Sydney. Working within the NSW Asset Management team, this role will allow you to showcase your property management expertise while providing support across a portfolio of assets. What You’ll be Doing

• Overseeing the management of a portfolio of assets, predominantly retail
• Ensuring the centres are managed and operated to the very highest of professional standards
• Maintaining strict adherence to KPIs and Management Agreements
• Overseeing of facilities/operations and risk management
• Preparing and implementing budgets, business plans, and owner reports
• Presenting property performance to key stakeholders
• Maintaining accurate lease and correspondence records
• Controlling operating costs and ensure financial reporting accuracy

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in retail centre management, assistant centre management, retail property management, or a similar property-focused role
• Exposure to financial management, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive and customer-focused approach with a genuine interest in retail property
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• An eagerness to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MRI or similar property systems is advantageous
• Cert IV in Real Estate and/or Class 2 Real Estate Licence (or working towards obtaining one)
