As Team Administrator within our Melbourne Valuations team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality valuation services to a diverse client base. Acting as the operational backbone of the team, you will ensure valuation reports, client communications, and administrative processes are completed efficiently, accurately, and to a professional standard.
Working closely with our valuers and Executive Assistant, you'll help keep projects moving, support client service excellence, and contribute to the overall success of a collaborative and high-performing team. What You’ll be Doing
- Providing timely, quality administrative services, electronic filing, letters and other correspondence, emailing and maintenance of registers/databases
- Registering valuations jobs and creating files to established protocols
- Conducting research and searches using various planning and property portals
- Preparing and formatting valuation reports to a high standard
- Responding to client enquiries on behalf of Valuers
- Maintaining and updating office systems, procedures and processes
- Supporting a team of valuers, working closely with the Executive Assistant
- Coordinating travel arrangements and manage expenses as required
- Providing ad hoc administration support as required
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a similar administration role advantageous
- Real Estate experience is ideal but not essential
- Degree qualifications in Property Economics and an eagerness to start your career in Valuations would be highly regarded
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience using Valex Valuation Banking System highly regarded
- The ability to work well within a team, able to handle pressure and importantly have the initiative to take on any necessary tasks to improve the effectiveness of the team
