Why This Role Matters
As Administration Manager at The Palms Shopping Centre, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation and financial performance of a prime retail centre. Working closely with the Centre Manager, site team, tenants, and stakeholders, you will provide strong administrative and financial support, ensuring accurate processes, effective coordination, and high standards of governance. This role is integral to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the centre and contributes directly to asset performance, stakeholder confidence, and tenant satisfaction.
What You’ll be Doing
- Taking ownership of the centre’s overall property administration
- Liaising with key stakeholders to maintain accurate and up-to-date lease data
- Managing credit control, debtor management, and client reporting
- Overseeing and processing all supplier invoices
- Supporting the site team with budget management and financial reporting
- Monitoring and coordinating supplementary income streams, including casual mall leasing, turnover rent, and percentage rent
- Assisting with purchase order management
- Preparing and managing the centre’s reporting requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Property Management software experience is essential, MRI is ideal
- Qualifications within accounting highly regarded
- Demonstrate strong time management and task prioritisation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Precise attention to detail
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office software
- Canva experience is an advantage
