The Senior Analyst / Senior Associate is a key member of Savills' Capital Markets Division, providing the analytical expertise and market insights that underpin successful transaction outcomes. Working alongside Senior dealmakers in Savills Brisbane CBD office, you will transform complex market and financial data into strategic recommendations that enhance asset positioning, pricing strategies, and client decision-making.

Offering direct exposure to high-profile institutional office transactions, this role provides an outstanding platform for career growth within Queensland's leading Capital Markets business and the broader National team.

The Senior Analyst / Senior Associate role is an integral & valued member of the Savills Capital markets team.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Developing financial models and investment analysis for office asset transactions
  • Conducting market research and analysing office sector trends and opportunities
  • Preparing investment memorandums, pitch materials, and client presentations
  • Supporting office asset sale campaigns and transaction execution
  • Coordinating due diligence and managing transaction documentation
  • Building relationships with institutional investors and key stakeholders
  • Providing strategic insights to support pricing and asset positioning
  • Collaborating with national capital markets, research, and leasing teams
  • Growing your individual expertise and long-term value within the property industry

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, engineering, mathematics or related field
  • 2 to 5 years' experience in the commercial property industry, ideally in the office markets but not critical
  • Exceptional financial modelling skills with advanced Excel proficiency and relevant software (Forbury)
  • Strong understanding of commercial property fundamentals, lease structures, and performance drivers
  • Experience with office markets and understanding of occupier demand drivers (ideally)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities for institutional client interaction
  • A strong focus on attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet transaction deadlines
  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-performance team environment
