As a result of continued growth and a strong project pipeline, Savills has opportunities available at both the Project Manager and Senior Project Manager level within our Auckland Project Management team.
In these roles, you will help clients navigate complex projects from inception through to completion, providing leadership, commercial insight, and trusted advice along the way. Whether you're looking to further develop your project management career or take on greater responsibility leading projects and mentoring others, you'll have the opportunity to work on a broad range of projects and contribute to successful outcomes for our clients and communities.
What You’ll be Doing
- Managing projects from feasibility through to construction and completion
- Coordinating consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders
- Supporting or leading procurement and contract administration processes
- Monitoring programme, cost, risk, and project performance
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team culture
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in project management, engineering, construction management, or a related field
- A relevant tertiary qualification in construction, engineering, property, or a related discipline
- Experience delivering projects from inception through to completion
- Strong stakeholder and client management skills, with a collaborative approach
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of project financials
- Clear and professional communication skills
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
