Why This Role Matters

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and capable professional looking to progress into a Project Manager role. Based in our Perth office, you will join a high-performing Project Management team where you can leverage your current experience while continuing to develop professionally under the guidance of a supportive and experienced leader. This role is ideal for an Assistant Project Manager ready to accelerate their career, working across a variety of projects in a collaborative and driven environment.

What You’ll be Doing

  • Involvement in all phases project lifecycle, including design, construction and commissioning of building and construction projects, to agreed cost, time and quality targets.
  • Preparing and monitoring forecasts, initiate corrective action where required
  • Providing reports that are concise including PCG, financial and programming
  • Managing project documentation including online systems
  • Administering or overseeing the administration of consultant and construction contracts
  • Managing the handover of the works including defect rectification processes
  • Arranging and conducting meetings as required

What You’ll Bring

  • Tertiary qualifications in a property or a construction related discipline
  • Previous experience as a Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager or Project Coordinator
  • Experience providing project administration and coordination support across multiple projects
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills; written, listening and verbal
  • Be well presented and have a positive attitude
