What You’ll be Doing

• Maintaining a strong understanding of local and national property markets, trends, and opportunities.
• Listing, marketing, and selling properties while delivering exceptional client service.
• Coordinating marketing campaigns, sales contracts, and associated documentation.
• Conducting property inspections, client presentations, and assisting with auctions and negotiations.
• Preparing high-quality submissions, proposals, and client presentations.
• Developing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
