The key responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Providing specialist residential subdivision valuation and property consultancy services to a large number of clients including REITS, major lenders, corporates, syndicates, private investors and developers.
  • Undertaking valuations for acquisition, asset reporting and mortgage purposes.
  • Reporting directly to the Divisional Director as part of a specialist team.
  • Assisting in the business development and client service process.

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Registered Valuer (AAPI)
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Qualified Valuer
  • Experience in Residential subdivision valuations is not essential but preferred
  • Experience in Estate Master feasibility program is not essential but preferred
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • High level skills in Microsoft software packages
  • Exceptional organisational skills and professional presentation
  • Proactive work ethic and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills and a good problem solver
