Savills QLD Valuations & Advisory is actively seeking motivated Assistant Valuers & Valuers to join our Commercial Valuations division and become a part of a vibrant working environment. Working within the friendly and dynamic Sunshine Coast team this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and experience.

The key responsibilities of the role include: 

  • Assist the Commercial Valuations Division in providing a variety of valuation and property consultancy services
  • Assist in undertaking valuations for mortgage security, market rental assessments, asset/financial reporting and acquisition purposes
  • Maintain a sales and leasing database for all categories and property asset classes within our area of coverage
  • Collect, interpret and analyse data for all aspects of the property market
  • Assist with onsite inspections, report writing and valuation modelling
  • Meet valuation and project deadlines to ensure the highest standards of service
  • Maintain an understanding of local real estate markets
  • The successful candidate will be active in all aspects of the valuation division across multiple asset classes and a variety of locations

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Completed, or nearing completion a Bachelor of Property Economics or similar
  • Prior experience in a property related role will be highly regarded
  • A keen interest in property and be eager to learn
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • High level skills in Microsoft software packages
  • Exceptional organisational skills and professional presentation
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a team environment
  • Proactive work ethic and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work within time constraints and a high paced environment
  • Drive and commitment to progress towards formal valuation qualifications
