About the Opportunity

Due to growth within our NSW business, we are currently seeking enthusiastic, focused, and determined self-starters looking to build or enhance their real estate career. An opportunity exists to join our Sydney CBD office and establish your position as a high performing Commercial Leasing specialist.

We are excited to be building this team and are open to candidates with leasing experience across different sectors within the industry, with a desire to further develop their capabilities within the office leasing space. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Leasing Executives in either commercial, retail, industrial or residential sectors, looking to step up and take their career to the next level.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Actively generating leads from businesses seeking new or additional office space within the Sydney CBD and suburban markets
• Conducting tenancy inspections and negotiating leases on behalf of building owners
• Generating new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with owners, retailers, and other key stakeholders
• Activating marketing strategies on behalf of owners in order to attract tenant enquiry
• Developing a strong understanding of market trends and market data
• Maintaining databases and other company reference tools

• Previous leasing experience across commercial, retail, residential or industrial sectors
• Current Real Estate licence
• Good organisational and time management skills
