About the Opportunity

Due to growth within our VIC business, we are currently seeking an experienced Leasing specialist to join Savills Office Leasing team in a leadership capacity. Working in the Melbourne CBD, this is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Office Leasing expert, looking for a step up, to elevate their career and make a big impact. This role would be ideal for a highly motivated individual, looking to lead and mentor an expanding team.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Actively generating leads from businesses seeking new or additional office space within the Melbourne CBD and suburban markets
• Conducting tenancy inspections and negotiating leases on behalf of building owners
• Generating new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with owners and other key stakeholders
• Activating marketing strategies on behalf of owners in order to attract tenant enquiry
• Developing a strong understanding of market trends and market data
• Maintaining databases and other company reference tools
• Providing mentorship and advice to the team

What Sets You Apart 

• Previous commercial leasing experience across the office sector  
• Current Real Estate licence
• Knowledge of the commercial property industry - major owners and relevant legislation
• Good organisational and time management skills
• Lateral thinking and problem-solving ability
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills
• Attention to detail
• Unquestionable integrity and a commitment to excellence
