A unique opportunity exists for a full time Team Administrator to join our growing success and become a part of a vibrant working environment. Working within the friendly and dynamic Hotels and Metropolitan & Regional Sales Divisions, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and experience as a Team Administrator. This role is a 9 month maternity leave contract.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Provide timely and quality high level administrative support to the Hotels and Metropolitan & Regional Sales Divisions
  • Provide meeting and event support to the teams, organise client meetings and functions
  • Support the State Director and Directors in diary management and expense claims
  • Manage complete travel requirements/itineraries for all members of the divisions
  • Manage email correspondence received for the divisions
  • Prepare agency agreements, marketing budget, property marketing material and vendor reports, and upload property listings to websites
  • Prepare and issue tax invoices, submit purchase orders, and manage suppliers, accounts payable and receivable
  • Follow up on post-sale and post-settlement processes
  • Prepare submissions and IM's where required, review and format all major submissions for the Divisions
  • Format letters, organise bulk mail services, and manage database and mailing lists
  • Coordinate office equipment and stationery with the National IT Division and Office Manager

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administration role
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including word processing long format documents
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Experience in property industry desirable
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign software desirable
