A unique opportunity exists for a Pop Up Leasing Executive to manage opportunities across a Victorian portfolio of retail assets including Eastland, Pacific Epping and Pacific Werribee. Working within the friendly and dynamic shopping centre team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and experience as a sales and relationship manager and grow within a successful company

What You’ll be Doing

• Drive income from all Pop Up Retail & Media elements
• Drive income across short to mid-term leasing for all vacant shops in your respective state
• Account manage key clients and grow revenue across multiple client categories
• Identify existing and new business opportunities to increase revenue across the business
• Identify global retail trends and exciting new pop up concepts to drive retail innovation, incubation and new opportunities
• Implement processes to ensure tenancies are managed efficiently and to an acceptable standard
• Ensure all projects are delivered to a consistently high standard and follow centre guidelines
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve highest possible outcomes
• Assist with the preparation of annual business plan and budgets
• Prepare monthly financial reports and provide comments on the results

What You’ll Bring

• Proven sales skills and experience preferably within a retail property environment or similar
• Current Real Estate Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate, or a willingness and ability to successfully apply for License/ Certificate of Registration
• Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining successful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail
