Based in Savills Sydney CBD office, the Assistant Property Manager plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day management and performance of Savills’ commercial property portfolio in NSW. This exciting newly created role has been established as a result of continued business growth, providing an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional to develop their career with a global industry leader. Working closely with experienced Property Managers, you'll contribute to property operations, financial reporting, budgeting, administration, and client engagement, helping to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients.
What You’ll be Doing
- Supporting Property Managers in the day-to-day management, leasing, marketing, and operation of commercial properties.
- Preparing detailed monthly reports, financial summaries, and annual budgets with a high level of accuracy and analysis.
- Developing and maintaining property-specific service contract schedules in collaboration with Facility Managers.
- Building and maintaining strong client and owner relationships through regular communication and participation in monthly meetings.
- Managing property administration and maintaining accurate records, ensuring all documentation is stored appropriately and a clear audit trail is maintained.
