Why This Role Matters

An exciting opportunity exists for a full-time Marketing Executive to join our Centre Management team based at Forest Lake.

Supporting a portfolio of convenience-based retail assets, this role is ideal for an experienced marketing professional looking to take the next step in their career. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing campaigns, while helping drive digital performance across multiple shopping centres.

Working within a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you'll lead campaign execution, manage supplier relationships and contribute to marketing strategies that deliver meaningful results for retailers, customers and stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support the Marketing Manager in the delivery of marketing strategies across a portfolio of convenience-based retail assets
  • Lead the planning, coordination and execution of centre marketing campaigns, including seasonal promotions, retailer initiatives, community engagement activities and centre activations
  • Manage campaign suppliers and external partners, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
  • Lead the centres' digital advertising strategy, including the in-house management of paid Meta advertising campaigns and supplier management of Google Performance Max campaigns
  • Oversee and contribute to social media, website and e-newsletter communications to ensure content remains engaging, relevant and aligned to campaign objectives
  • Track, analyse and report on campaign, digital and social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to inform future marketing activity
  • Support retailer engagement initiatives and identify opportunities to maximise retailer participation across campaigns and promotional activity
  • Collaborate with Centre Management teams and internal departments to support business objectives and ensure marketing initiatives are effectively delivered
  • Provide guidance and support to the Marketing Coordinator, assisting with campaign delivery and day-to-day marketing activities
  • Assist in the management of marketing budgets, purchase orders and reporting requirements in accordance with company policies and procedures

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years' experience in a marketing role, preferably within a retail, property, shopping centre or consumer-facing environment
  • Proven experience delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Experience managing digital advertising campaigns, including Meta Ads Manager, with an understanding of paid search and Google advertising platforms
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships across retailers, suppliers, centre teams and internal departments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience using Canva, website content management systems, social media platforms and e-newsletter platforms such as Mailchimp is highly desirable
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline
  • A proactive mindset, commercial awareness and a passion for delivering creative and effective marketing outcomes
