Savills is seeking a Project Manager to join our Brisbane Project Management team, playing a key role in shaping and delivering commercial developments across Queensland. What You’ll be Doing
- Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial, workplace, and mixed-use projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget alignment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors
- Manage scope, variations, risks, and project financials with accuracy and control
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment
- Provide strategic consultancy backed by strong sector knowledge
- Represent Savills at industry events and professional forums, enhancing brand presence
What You’ll Bring
- Tertiary qualifications in property or construction
- Exposure to commercial sector (New build or Refurbishment, Workplace / Fit out, Mixed-Use)
- Strong understanding and proven experience with a range of delivery methodologies, in particular, Head Contract, Early Contractor Involvement (ECI), Design and Construct (D&C), Managing Contractor, Construction Management and hybrid structures, is preferable
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills, supported by strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to build rapport across all levels
- Well-developed commercial acumen
- Professional presentation combined with a positive, proactive attitude
- Demonstrated success in developing and expanding business relationships
- Collaborative approach with strong problem-solving capabilities and a solutions-focused mindset
- Confident in navigating complex and dynamic environments with sound judgement
