A unique opportunity exists for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Centre Management team on a short-term contract, based at Forest Lake with opportunities to support a portfolio of centres. Working within a friendly and collaborative environment, this role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who enjoys digital channels, social media and content-driven campaigns, and is looking to make an immediate impact.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support the delivery of the centres’ marketing programs, with a strong focus on social media, website and digital channels.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of social media platforms across multiple shopping centres, including content scheduling, posting, community monitoring and engagement.
- Gather and coordinate content from retailers and the centre teams for use across social, website and EDM/database communications.
- Update and maintain the centre websites, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and current.
- Assist with the development, maintenance and use of the centres’ retailer and customer database.
- Track and assist in analysing digital and social performance, providing insights to inform future activity
- Provide general marketing and administrative support to ensure campaigns and communications are delivered smoothly.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in a marketing, communications or digital-focused role (shopping centre or retail experience is advantageous but not essential)
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, PR or a related field (or working towards)
- Strong written communication skills and a natural eye for detail
- Confidence managing social media and digital platforms, with a good understanding of content and audience engagement
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to follow direction
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks and deadlines
