About the Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Valuer to join Savills South Australian business at Director or Associate Director level, working in our Adelaide office. As an integral part of the Valuations & Advisory team, this role will suit a candidate looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will gain exposure to national clients, build their profile, and accelerate their career.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Providing commercial valuation and advisory services to key clients, with a focus on institutional and banking clients
• Undertaking valuations for financial reporting, mortgage, acquisition, and advisory purposes
• Maintaining strong relationships with our existing clients through effective communication and high quality service

Savills Adelaide has a long-established commercial valuation practice, with over 25 years of valuation reports held on file. We are widely respected in the institutional and banking communities. Our intention is to be the best at what we do. Savills has invested in technology to enable the seamless integration of our valuation models and database with our reports. We focus on clients that are respectful and value the professional service that we offer. The national valuation team is one of the most highly regarded in institutional markets and is extremely collaborative, and as such you will benefit from nationally appointed instructions and referrals.

What Sets You Apart 

• Completed a Bachelor of Business (Property) or similar and be a Certified Practising Valuer
• 5 to 10 years experience in commercial property valuations
• Highly motivated and looking to improve your experience levels and career prospects
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• High level skills in Microsoft software packages
