About the Opportunity

A rare opportunity exists for a Project Management expert to join Savills Brisbane team. Based on site, you will join Savills as a Project Director, taking a leadership position across a commercial newbuild project. Working within the highly regarded Project Management team in Brisbane, this role offers a great opportunity to utilise your extensive skillset, honing in on your exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Leading the project team in planning and execution, to deliver client project outcomes
• Ensuring that the deliverables meet the required standard of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost
• Maintaining strong client relationships and leading by example
• Ensuring compliance with all Quality, Environmental, Health and Safety Policies of BMS and legislative requirement
• Achieving target margins for your projects including managing your team within budget and have a sound knowledge of the financial aspects of the Division
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating all aspects of project implementation including risk and contingency management, benefits realisation, project impact and quality measures
• Delivering all agreed company and customer project reporting requirements
• Assist the Director and State Director with business development as required

What Sets You Apart 

• At least 10 years of extensive commercial Project Management experience
• Relevant industry-related tertiary qualifications
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated record of strategic leadership and management of complex projects
• Able to work within a diverse team and demonstrate initiative to drive personal productivity
