About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our successful Shopping Centre Management team at Seaford Central in South Australia. Working in this fast paced and busy role where no two days are the same, you will get to utilise your broad range of administration and organisational skills. A fantastic opportunity to gain experience within the property industry.

  • Administrative support to the Centre Manager
  • Liaising with retailers and contractors
  • Accounts payable and receivable
  • General office duties including reception, typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, collection and distribution of mail, ordering office supplies
  • WHS Incident reporting
  • Managing Casual Mall Leasing bookings

  • Demonstrated previous administrative experience within the real estate industry, favourably retail
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills with a proactive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proven ability to adapt and learn quickly
  • Strong retailer focus
  • The ability to work independently and initiative to drive personal productivity
  • An eagerness to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
