About the Opportunity
A unique opportunity exists for a full time Administration Manager to join our growing success and become part of our Auckland office. Working within the dynamic and high performing Agency team, this role will allow you to showcase your existing skills and experience as a senior Administrator and further develop and grow your career.
Key responsibilities will include;
- High level administrative/PA support for the Agency teams
- Preparation and compilation of reports, submissions and marketing material
- Preparation of HTML e-brochures, direct mail-outs and responding to enquiries
- Tracking and reporting on enquiries
- Systematic management of internal databases
- Diary management and email monitoring
- End of the month invoicing and marketing invoices, understanding of basic trust accounts
What Sets You Apart
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within the Real Estate industry
- Experience using InDesign highly regarded
- Exceptional organisational skills
- High level of administration process understanding
- A proven ability to be proactive and learn quickly
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Sound prioritisation and time management skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
