About the Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for a full-time Assistant Property Manager to join our growing success and become a part of Savills vibrant working environment, based in Brisbane CBD. Working within the friendly and dynamic Asset Management team in QLD this role will allow you to showcase your existing administration and stakeholder management skills and experience, supporting across a portfolio of assets. This is a fantastic opportunity for career growth and development for a motivated and positive individual with a can do attitude.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support and assistance to the National Director and Asset Management team  
  • Prepare monthly reports and annual budgets
  • Manage outgoing reconciliations and pursue outstanding rental arrear payments
  • Collect and table tenant insurances and tenant bank guarantees
  • Develop and maintain relevant schedules and registers for each property
  • Attend monthly client meetings ensuring regular communication as necessary
  • Maintain administrative records and all work relating to specific properties

What Sets You Apart

  • Previous experience in Residential or Commercial Property Management or Property Administration ideal, alternatively a Property Graduate or in final year of study
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work with high volume process tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Highly organised and professional presentation
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Skills in MRI (desirable, but not essential)
