About the Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for an Accounts Administrator to join our growing success and become a part of a vibrant working environment. Working within the dynamic West City Shopping Centre team, this role will see you provide Accounts Administration support to the Centre Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator looking to work with a great team.

Key responsibilities will include;

• Provide accounts administration support to the Centre Management team
• Process invoices and purchase orders
• Assist the onsite team with budget management and reporting
• Assist across debtor management and client reporting
• Maintain the Retailer Public Liability Register
• Collate and enter all monthly sales results and verify results with annual audited sales reports
• Provide ad hoc administration support as required

What Sets You Apart 

• Previous experience working in an Accounts or Administration role
• Experience in retail or commercial property industry ideal but not essential
• Advanced interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
• Be proactive, punctual and reliable
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Intermediate MS office skills
