About the Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for a full time Marketing Executive to join our growing success and become a part of the vibrant working environment in Savills’ Melbourne CBD office. This role will see you responsible for all marketing collateral across Residential Projects in Victoria. We are seeking an accomplished, dynamic and successful marketing professional, with a track record in residential real estate marketing, that is looking to step up into a Marketing Manager position.  

Key responsibilities will include;

• Work with the creative direction from Marketing teams & service lines to assist in driving the Marketing function within the Residential Projects team in VIC
• Assist in the planning, implementation and maintenance of marketing campaigns
• Reporting on all campaign activity data and providing advice on optimisation
• Create engaging EDM campaigns targeting various audiences
• Create and maintain project listings on listing platforms and across project websites
• Utilise Salesforce CRM to support the delivery of marketing campaigns through bespoke segmentation and customer journey analysis
• Assist with the development of marketing collateral and templates
• Assist with campaign briefs, design, and publication
• Process and prepare client marketing budgets and invoices in a timely manner
• Production of high-quality invitations & event collateral
• Manage internal and external project events

What Sets You Apart

• 3+ years in a Marketing role within the Property Industry
• Extensive experience using MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
• Ability to decipher, analyst and understand marketing data to make informed decisions and optimisations
• Ability to be organised and prioritise within a deadline driven environment
• Strong writing and proofing skills
• Experience within the property industry essential
