About the Opportunity

A unique opportunity exists for a Team Administrator to join our growing success and become a part of the vibrant working environment in Savills’ Melbourne CBD office. This role will see you responsible for administration support across the Residential Projects team in Victoria. We are seeking a motivated and highly organised administration professional that is looking for their next challenge and that thrives in a fast paced environment. 

Key responsibilities will include;

  • Provide timely and quality high level administrative support to the Residential Projects team
  • CRM data entry, ensuring correct property data and details are accurate and up to date
  • Assist with contract administration and post-sales support (Trust Account receipting, cross checking contract information, liaising between solicitors for sales and settlement)
  • Maintain digital filing and document storage systems, ensuring the accuracy and availability of marketing, sales and other relevant materials
  • Coordinate third party suppliers such as trades, photographers, stylists and other services for properties and projects
  • Create and manage Sale fee, Marketing fee, Code Client and Supplier invoices

What Sets You Apart 

  • Previous experience in an Administration or Team Support role
  • Real Estate experience is preferable but not essential
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including word processing long format documents
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise depending on workload
